Sessions Wherever You Are
You wake up feeling tired, grabbing your phone and have alot which you still need to do but push to tomorrow.
You know there are things waiting for you.
The decision. The conversation. The project. The habit you keep saying you’ll change.
Your job feels draining and inside you might already have quit quietly.
You think a lot about your life, your purpose, your relationships and the man you want to become. Still, it often stays in the mind.
The body feels far away.
Life is moving, but something in you feels stuck. The next steps feel unclear.
Maybe you escape into scrolling, YouTube, porn, women, work, spiritual ideas or planning the perfect version of your life.
And underneath, there is this knowing:
I don’t want to keep living on autopilot. There is more to life!
This challenge is for the man who is ready to take that voice seriously.
The Healthy Masculinity Challenge is an 8-day online journey into grounding, breath, emotional honesty and brotherhood.
We meet every second day on Zoom.
The aim is to build a foundation & practice you can continue with.
A foundation for the man who is tired of watching themselves struggling with the same things again and again.
And is ready for Change: You will have..
Healthy masculinity, in this space, is letting go of performing strength.
And much more about learning to stay connected to yourself and your honesty while life moves.
Before
You may feel ungrounded, tired, unclear and disconnected from your body. You know there is more in you, but old patterns keep pulling you back into comfort, distraction or overthinking.
After
You have a set of simple practices, a better understanding of your patterns and a felt sense of what it means to return to yourself. You feel less alone in the process and more connected to your body, your breath and your next step so you can start building the life you desire.
Each call combines teaching, guided practice, reflection and space for sharing.
Short practices between 10 and 20 minutes, designed to help you ground, feel, breathe, reflect and come back into the body.
If you miss a live call, you can watch the recording and stay connected to the process.
A community space for check-ins, reflections and honest support during the challenge.
A special session on porn, addiction, social media and the escape loops many men quietly struggle with.
We begin with the body and the nervous system. This first call helps you understand why so many men live in tension, numbness or constant mental activity. You’ll learn a simple practice to regulate yourself and begin feeling the difference between being stuck in the head and arriving in the body.
In this call, we explore the basic pillars of healthy masculine practice. Presence, direction, discipline, responsibility and stillness.
Not as something rigid or performative, but as qualities you can cultivate in your daily life.
You’ll leave with a simple structure that helps you feel more centered and connected to your direction.
Many men carry old wounds quietly. The need to prove. The habit of pleasing. The fear of being rejected. The shame around desire. The pressure to always know what to do.
In this call, we slow down and look at what might be driving your patterns underneath the surface. Through reflection and embodied awareness, you’ll begin to see where your energy gets stuck and what wants to be met with more honesty.
This call is about the power of being witnessed your emotions and releasing them to free up stuck energy.
We explore why this is needed, how a men’s circle feel safe, honest and useful. You’ll learn how to share from the heart, listen without fixing and meet emotions without turning them into a problem.
For many men, this alone can be a deep shift.
In the bonus call, we look at the places where men often escape when life feels too much or too empty and start to share about our experiences.
Porn, scrolling, constant stimulation, fantasy, avoidance and emotional shutdown.
The intention is not shame. The intention is understanding. When you understand what a pattern is trying to regulate, you can begin to choose differently.
Show up live (or via replay) to the first 2 calls, do the practises, and if you don´t feel any meaningful shift in your awareness or connection to your body, email me by Day 3 and we´ll refund your $21. No debate, no drama.
Part of this challenge is the Telegram brotherhood.
This is where we stay connected between the calls. You can share what comes up, ask questions, reflect on the practices and connect with other men who are walking a similar path.
The community is there to support honesty, accountability and connection.
You do not have to perform there. You do not have to have perfect words. You do not have to pretend that everything is sorted.
You are invited to show up as you are and take one honest step at a time.

This is for you if:
you´re genuinely ready to look at yourself, practise 10-20 minutes a day, and show up honestly in a group of men.
For a long time, I felt disconnected from myself.
I struggled to feel my body, express my emotions and trust my own direction. I was surrounded mostly by women, had very little brotherhood in my life and found it hard to feel safe around men or being masculine, I didnt really know what that ment.
A lot of my self-worth was connected to validation, especially from women. I was pleasing, procrastinating, escaping into distractions and carrying a deep feeling that I was not fully living the life I came here to live.
At 26, I had a disc prolapse at a festival and could not move properly. Something about that moment made it very clear that I could not keep going the same way.
I quit my job, entered Tantra training and started walking a deeper path of spirituality, embodiment and self-inquiry. Later, I moved to Hridaya, a spiritual school in France, where I spent months practicing meditation, awareness and inner work.
Men’s work changed something important for me.
For a long time, even the word “brother” felt strange. I did not fully trust men. I did not know how much pain, comparison and fear I was carrying around masculinity.
Through men’s spaces, breathwork, embodiment and honest sharing, I began to understand how much energy, presence and direction returns when a man stops fighting himself.
This challenge is a simple doorway into that work.
It brings together spirituality, men’s work, breath, embodiment and brotherhood in a grounded way.
A beginning.
A foundation.
A place to start again.
If you feel that something in you is ready to stop circling and start practicing, this is your invitation.
Eight days is not the whole path.
But it can be a clean beginning.
A place to reconnect with your body, your breath, your heart and your direction.
Surrounded by men who are also learning how to show up more honestly.
Starts May 10
