Sessions everywhere you are

What’s in this for you?

Maybe you know the feeling:

  • you’re curious about attraction & polarity?
  • in dating or relationships, the spark sometimes fades
    – or you lose yourself in the other person?
  • you “function” a lot and your softer side can’t keep up
    – or you’re only in flow and struggle to get from A to B?
  • you either feel too much – or you feel completely cut off?
  • or your currious about the inner energies in all of us?

The beauty is all around us & it connects us all.
Polarity is like an inner navigation system & a cosmic law. When you learn how to read it, something often happens naturally:

  • more clarity about what you need, what you radiate, and what you sense
  • more choice in how you show up
  • more real connection & intimacy
  • stronger attraction between you and others

The take away:
You get to know yourself more deeply.
You feel more calm in your body.
Encounters become easier, more honest & deeper & often more magnetic, too.

Polarity unpacked: Principles, not gender

Important: Polarity is not a gender test.

In tantric understanding, it’s about complementary forces that live within all of us: conscious space and living energy, direction and surrender, structure and impulse.

Classical non-dual traditions (e.g. Kashmir Shaivism) describe this often as Shiva (consciousness) and Shakti (energy) not as labels, but as a dynamic interplay.

A well-known symbol for this is Ardhanarishvara (Shiva and Parvati as one form): a reminder that these forces belong together & that we can embody both.

When we try to solve polarity through identities alone, it often creates more pressure than closeness.
Polarity doesn’t want to be debated – it wants to be felt and consciously expressed.

Polarity shows up everywhere

Not just about dating. It appears in:

  • speaking & listening
  • deciding & receiving (leading vs. being led)
  • focus & flow (clear arrow vs. soft wave)
  • boundaries & surrender (a “no” as an invitation to a real yes)
  • excitement & safety
  • everywhere in nature around us (sun & moon, night & day,..)
  • complementory forces like Sun & Moon ( Ha & Tha )

Hi, I am Nico

Coach & Workshop-Facilitator.

I guide you back into body and heart, into presence and deep connection: clear, grounded, and modern.

For me, Tantra is a beautiful path into love, mindfulness, clarity, and sensitivity – one that doesn’t end in the workshop, but makes your everyday life feel noticeably richer. Tantra feels for me like poetry but in the body.

FAQ

“Dance of Polarities” is a grounded, beginner-friendly experience where you explore polarity as an inner navigation system—so you gain more clarity in how you show up, more choice in your expression, and more real connection (often feeling more “magnetic” without trying).

We focus mostly on the principles, not identities: e.g.giving & recieving, emissiv & reflective, direction & surrendering, consciousness & energy (often described as Shiva/Shakti). Tantra explains that all energies are in each of us. Some are more dominant then others. For male identified beings its usually holding space, guiding and being a stable ground. For feminine identified beings its usually more flow, enegy, talking, dancing & being a full expression of themselves. We all have both in each of us and together we will explore how everything feels.

No. This is not a sex workshop. The focus is on presence, polarity,
nervous-system-friendly exercises, and connection practices—not sexual acts, nudity, or performance.

Only if you want to. Everything is invitation-based and consent-led.
Many practices are solo; partner exercises are “partner-friendly” (and adaptable).
You can always opt out, pause, observe, or choose more distance.

Yes. The space is designed to be warm, clear, and non-performative.
You never have to share more than you want, and you’re welcome to go slowly.
The structure supports safety (check-ins, clear guidelines, integration) so you can participate in a way that feels manageable.

We move slower and control your pace.
The work is resource-oriented and trauma-sensitive: regulation before intensity.
You can stop, step out, ground, breathe, and get support.
And it’s clearly stated: this is not therapy and not suitable for acute crisis states.

Yes—singles and couples are welcome. Polarity shows up far beyond dating:
in speaking & listening, deciding & receiving, focus & flow, boundaries & surrender.
You can explore it solo and in connection, without needing to arrive with a partner.

The core container is simple and strong:
confidentiality, consent & boundaries, self-responsibility, and co-creation
—plus clear roles (facilitator, not guru), and a respectful, non-manipulative culture.
“No” is complete; “yes” can change anytime.
