Sessions everywhere you are

Warm Welcome

If you don’t just want to “understand” Tantra but truly experience it, this format is my favorite.
Two days give your nervous system time to arrive, allow you to explore different areas, and then go deeper on the second day
– with space for questions and real integration.

This workshop is for you if you…

  1. are discovering Tantra for the first time or already have some experience (Beginner → Intermediate)
  2. want to come alone or as a couple (singles & couples welcome)
  3. want a weekend that is filled with foundations, heart-opening, and depth
  4. are open to spirituality in a modern world – as lived presence

What Tantra is..

& where it comes from

Historically, Tantra is a spiritual tradition with texts and practices across several Indian religions – including ritual, meditation, mantra, yoga, and training awareness.

In this workshop, influences from Kashmir Shaivism, Tao Tantra, and modern perspectives from embodiment and psychology come together.

For me, Tantra is recognizing the love that surrounds all of us & experiencing the divine play in everything: in the body, in the breath, in contact, and in everyday life.

Why 2 days are so special

Because you don’t just have “a nice evening”
– you begin to feel the foundations of Tantra in your body.

You get depth and time to digest & on the next day you can return with new questions and dive in again.

This creates a solid beginning for the Tantra journey to truly take root.

The 3 Pillars

Devotion
(Consecration)

You set a clear intention and “consecrate” the practice.

Sublimation

You learn to refine energy and direct it consciously.

Transfiguration

You practice seeing the beauty/the sacred in yourself and in the other. And in the World

The Experience

A weekend with…

  • arrival & container (consent, boundaries, safety, stop option, check-ins)
  • breath, movement, yoga – out of the head, into felt experience
  • meditation & presence training – the now as lived experience
  • eye-gazing & partner-friendly practices – connection without pressure
  • energy work – sensing, guiding, integrating
  • ritual & sharing – heart-opening, clear, human
  • integration – so you can take it home with you

Community & Aliveness

Hi, i am Nico

Coach & Workshop-Facilitator.

I guide you back into body and heart, into presence and deep connection: clear, grounded & modern

For me, Tantra is a practical path into love, awareness, clarity, and the joy of the present moment – one that doesn’t end in the workshop, but continues to enrich your everyday life in tangible ways. It feels for me like poetry but in the body.

FAQ

Yes. This weekend is designed for beginners through intermediate
& is guided step-by-step, with a clear container and lots of practical guidance.
You don’t need prior experience — just a willingness to arrive in your body and explore at your own pace.

No — it’s not a sex format. We work with presence, breath, embodiment, connection, and energy work in a grounded way.
Tantra may include sexuality as a broader topic, but the workshop is held as a respectful practice space
— without pressure, performance, or anything you have to “do.”

No. Singles and couples are welcome.
Many practices are solo, and partner exercises are guided in a “partner-friendly” way
— with structure, clarity, and options. You can come alone and still feel included, held, and supported.

The container is consent-first, with clear boundaries, check-ins, and a real stop-option at any time.
Consent here means freely given, specific, reversible, and valid in the moment
— and “no” is always welcome and respected. Nothing is ever more important than your sense of safety.

That’s completely welcome. You can pause, observe, modify an exercise, take distance, step out, or leave at any time
— without explaining yourself. The work is resource-oriented and trauma-sensitive:
regulation before intensity, safety before “breakthrough.”

It’s around 20% theory / 80% practice, combining arrival, breath, movement/yoga, meditation & presence training, eye-gazing and partner-friendly exercises, energy work, ritual, sharing, and integration.
The weekend is structured so your nervous system has time to arrive
— and the second day allows you to go deeper, with more space for questions and integration.

Wear cozy, comfy clothes you can move and breathe in, and bring a water bottle; a notebook is optional.
For the ritual, you can bring an outfit or layer that feels special (optional).
There are breaks built into the schedule, and for food you can bring something or order together;
water/tea is available on site.

If you’re in an acute crisis or feel very unstable, this format is not the safest next step
— and 1:1 support or therapeutic guidance is often better. This work can complement therapy,
but it doesn’t replace it, and I don’t promise “healing in a weekend.”
