Tantra is not
what many people think

Maybe when you hear “Tantra,” certain images immediately pop up. That’s why we’ll clarify short and sweet:

Myth 1: “Tantra = sex.”

In the West, Tantra is often reduced to sexuality. In its roots, Tantra is a spiritual tradition (among others in Hinduism and Buddhism) with many practices in awareness & conciousnes.

Myth 2: “Tantra is super esoteric”

In truth, Tantra is mainly practical: a path to experience more presence and connection through body, breath, attention, and conscious practice.

What Tantra really is: a path into love, mindfulness, and connection — with yourself, with others, and with life as it is right now. It meets you wherever you are in your life and opens your heart.

What you can actually use in everyday life

So it doesn’t stay just a beautiful evening, you’ll take home concrete mini tools:

  • a breathing for stress relief, overthinking, & getting out of the head
  • a body check-in: “What’s really going on in me right now?”
  • a small connection exercise (to do with a friend/date/partner — or solo)

The Experience

An evening that doesn’t “teach” you — it reminds you.

  • Check-in & arrival: let go of the week and land in your body

  • Movement & breath: out of autopilot

  • Perception & presence: become more subtle and feel more

  • Connection practices: solo & partner-friendly

  • Integration & sharing

Community & Aliveness

Hi, i am Nico

Coach & Workshop-Facilitator.

I guide you back into body and heart, into presence and deep connection — clear, grounded, and modern.

For me, Tantra is a beautiful path into love, mindfulness, clarity, and sensitivity — one that doesn’t end in the workshop, but makes your everyday life feel noticeably richer. Tantra feels for me like poetry but in the body.

FAQ

No. Most workshops are beginner-friendly and guided step-by-step,
so you can arrive exactly as you are. You’ll always have options to go slowly, adapt exercises, or simply observe
— your pace is respected.

Yes — coming alone is completely welcome.
Singles and couples join these spaces, and you’ll be guided in a way that feels easy and human.
Partner exercises (if included) are always optional and “partner-friendly,” with clear structure and alternatives.

No — this is not a sex format.
We explore presence, embodiment, connection, and (when relevant) sensual aliveness in a grounded way, without pressure or performance.
Sexuality may be mentioned as a part of Tantra in a broader sense, but the workshop container stays clear and respectful.

No. There is no nudity required, and touch is never an expectation.
If touch is offered at all, it is guided and strictly consent-based
— and you can always choose a no-touch version, more distance, or opt out completely.

That’s welcome here. You can pause, slow down, observe, adapt an exercise, say “stop,” take distance, step out, or leave at any time
— without needing to explain. Boundaries are not a problem in this space;
they’re honored as a sign of self-connection.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in — cozy is perfect.
Bring water, and if you like, warm layers or socks so your body can stay relaxed and present.
The goal is simple: you feel safe, at ease, and free to participate in your own way.

Group size depends on the specific event,
but the container is always held with clarity so there’s enough space, orientation, and support.
I pay attention to group dynamics and pacing — so it doesn’t become chaotic, pushy, or overwhelming.

Totally fine — you don’t have to be certain to come.
If you’re unsure, the intro workshop is usually the best starting point:
grounded, clear, and designed to demystify Tantra through direct experience.
You can stay close to yourself, choose your pace, and simply notice what feels true for you.
